About Me

Mark has been involved in the Manufactured Home industry for over 40 years.  He started in sales in Columbus, Ohio in the early 1980s and since has worked in almost all facets of the business including community management, installation, regional property management, and more. His career has taken him to Minnesota, Oregon, Washington, California, Arizona, and Nevada.  In 1998 Mark went to work for Cal-Am Properties where he was a Regional Property Manager until 2007 at which time, he created a Construction Services Division for the Arizona region. Mark supervised a workforce of over 40 employees engaged in the installation of new homes, HVAC, awnings, and the construction of room additions with sales totaling over $9 million per year.  Mark rejoined the family business in 2017 and moved back to Las Vegas with his wife and son.
